What to Expect When Working With Me

 

My mission is to guide you into realizing what aspects of your life are keeping you from your desired state of wellness. The ‘what’ and the ‘how’ are key to understand in order to move in this direction. What lifestyle choices are keeping you unwell? How is your thought process and behavior impacting your well-being? When you work with me, these questions will be revealed so that we can come up with clear, actionable, and attainable goals to create the level of health you desire.


I will not be diagnosing or treating your medical conditions. Instead, I work with you by addressing your imbalances and working through the obstacles that are hindering your healing progress. People I have worked with have had diagnoses such as:

Preparing for Your Visit


4 days before the first visit: 

  • Fill out health history and diet diary forms. This will help me get to know you better to devise the best plan for you.

First Visit:

  • Part 1: 60 minute session discussing your health goals, medical history, obstacles, expectations, possible treatment plan

  • Part 2: 30-45 minute session within 1 week of Part 1 to discuss treatment plan 

Follow-up Visits​

  • Reinforcing goals from initial session

  • Discussing roadblocks to success

  • Possible modifications of plan if necessary


Creating a healthy lifestyle takes time. Depending on the complexity and duration of your symptoms, time with me can be as little as 3 visits or up to 12+ visits. My goal is to equip you with the tools you need to create a healthy life.
